ผู้รับอนุญาตดำเนินการทดสอบฝีมือต้องแสดงใบอนุญาตไว้ ณ ที่เปิดเผย และเห็นได้ง่าย ณ สถานทดสอบฝีมือตามที่ระบุไว้ในใบอนุญาต
