หมวด ๕ กองทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือคนหางานไปทำงานในต่างประเทศ
(๑) เสนอคำแนะนำต่อรัฐมนตรีในการออกระเบียบตามมาตรา ๕๒ และมาตรา ๕๓ (๒) ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำแก่อธิบดี นายทะเบียน และพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติการที่เกี่ยวกับกองทุนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
