หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการสภาทนายความ

ให้นายกเสนอร่างข้อบังคับต่อสภานายกพิเศษโดยไม่ชักช้า สภานายกพิเศษอาจยับยั้งร่างข้อบังคับนั้นได้พร้อมทั้งแสดงเหตุผลโดยแจ้งชัด ในกรณีที่มิได้มีการยับยั้งภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับร่างข้อบังคับที่นายกเสนอ ให้ถือว่าสภานายกพิเศษให้ความเห็นชอบในร่างข้อบังคับนั้น
