การเปลี่ยนแปลงประเภทไม้หวงห้ามโดยผลแห่งบทบัญญัติตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ไม่กระทบกระเทือนการอนุญาตให้ทำไม้ในแปลงหนึ่งแปลงใดในพื้นที่ป่าสัมปทานก่อนวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ หรือใบอนุญาตทำไม้ที่ได้ออกให้ไว้ก่อนวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ ให้คงใช้ได้ต่อไปเท่ากำหนดเวลาการอนุญาตหรืออายุใบอนุญาตแล้วแต่กรณี
