Section 17 พระราชกำหนดพิกัดอัตราศุลกากร พ.ศ. 2530

บรรดาประกาศหรือคำสั่งที่ออกตามกฎหมายที่ถูกยกเลิกตามมาตรา ๓ แห่งพระราชกำหนดนี้ ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชกำหนดนี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะได้มีประกาศหรือคำสั่งที่ออกตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ใช้บังคับ
