หมวด ๒ การจัดการกองทุน

ในกรณีที่ผู้จัดการกองทุนพ้นจากการเป็นผู้จัดการกองทุนตามมาตรา ๒๐ (๑) (๒) หรือ (๓) ให้คณะกรรมการกองทุนแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการกองทุนใหม่ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ผู้จัดการกองทุนเดิมพ้นตำแหน่ง และให้แจ้งการแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการกองทุนใหม่แก่นายทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่แต่งตั้ง
