Section 6 พระราชบัญญัติกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ พ.ศ. 2530

หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้ง

เมื่อลูกจ้างและนายจ้างตกลงกันจัดตั้งกองทุนขึ้นตามมาตรา ๕ แล้ว ให้ยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนต่อนายทะเบียนตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง เงินทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพลูกจ้างที่ได้จัดตั้งขึ้นก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ถ้าประสงค์จะให้เป็นกองทุนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ดำเนินการตามวรรคหนึ่ง
