(๒) ใบอนุญาตนำเข้ามา
(๓) ใบอนุญาตผลิต
(๔) ใบอนุญาตมี ใบอนุญาตสั่งเข้ามาให้คุ้มกันถึงผู้นำเข้ามาซึ่งยุทธภัณฑ์ตามใบอนุญาตสั่งเข้ามาด้วย
