หมวด ๓ การขออนุญาตและการออกใบอนุญาต

ยานพาหนะตามที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดให้เป็นยุทธภัณฑ์ตามมาตรา ๗ ซึ่งเป็นยุทธภัณฑ์ที่ใช้พลังงานนิวเคลียร์ หรือสิ่งอื่นใดในลักษณะเดียวกันที่จะเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร เจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองยานพาหนะจะต้องได้รับใบอนุญาตตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
