Section 14 พระราชบัญญัติการเกณฑ์ช่วยราชการทหาร พ.ศ. 2530
ส่วนที่ ๑ ขอบเขตการเกณฑ์
(๑) สถานที่ราชการ
(๒) สถานทูต สถานกงสุล หรือสถานที่ทำการขององค์การระหว่างประเทศหรือสถานที่ทำการอื่นที่เป็นของรัฐบาลต่างประเทศ
(๓) ที่ทำการไปรษณีย์โทรเลข
(๔) สถานพยาบาล และสถานที่ที่ใช้สำหรับสงเคราะห์เด็กกำพร้าหรือคนพิการ
(๕) สถานศึกษาที่ได้จัดตั้งขึ้นตามกฎหมาย
(๖) สถานที่อื่นตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
