ผู้ถูกเกณฑ์แรงงานให้ไปพบเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหาร ณ สถานที่ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารกำหนด และให้เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารเลี้ยงดู และให้การรักษาพยาบาลตามที่กระทรวงกลาโหมกำหนด
