เจ้าพนักงานปกครองท้องที่ผู้ใดไม่แจ้งให้เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารผู้มีอำนาจตามมาตรา ๑๗ ทราบตามมาตรา ๒๗ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
