ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหาร ผู้มีอำนาจตามมาตรา ๑๗ เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารผู้มีอำนาจตามมาตรา ๔๗ (๒) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารและเจ้าพนักงานปกครองท้องที่เป็นเจ้าพนักงานตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา
