Section 10 พระราชบัญญัติจัดตั้งศาลอุทธรณ์ภาค พ.ศ. 2532

ภายในระยะเวลาหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่ศาลอุทธรณ์ภาคเปิดทำการอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาศาลอุทธรณ์จะสั่งให้โอนคดีที่อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลอุทธรณ์ภาคซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลอุทธรณ์ ไปให้ศาลอุทธรณ์ภาคนั้นพิจารณาพิพากษาต่อไปก็ได้
