Section 7 พระราชบัญญัติจัดตั้งศาลอุทธรณ์ภาค พ.ศ. 2532

ให้ที่ประชุมใหญ่ศาลอุทธรณ์ภาคประกอบด้วยผู้พิพากษาศาลอุทธรณ์ภาคทุกคนซึ่งอยู่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ แต่ต้องไม่น้อยกว่าสองในสามของจำนวนผู้พิพากษาแห่งศาลนั้น และให้อธิบดีผู้พิพากษาศาลอุทธรณ์ภาคหรือผู้ทำการแทนตามกฎหมายเป็นประธาน
