หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้งและการดำเนินการสถานพยาบาลสัตว์

การออกใบอนุญาตหรือการไม่ออกใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๗ หรือมาตรา ๙ ให้กระทำให้แล้วเสร็จภายในสี่สิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ผู้อนุญาตได้รับคำขอที่มีรายละเอียดถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง ในกรณีที่ไม่ออกใบอนุญาต ให้ผู้อนุญาตแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้ผู้ขอทราบภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันไม่อนุญาต
