หมวด ๒ การควบคุมสถานพยาบาลสัตว์

ห้ามมิให้ผู้รับอนุญาตเปลี่ยนแปลงการประกอบกิจการของสถานพยาบาลสัตว์ให้แตกต่างไปจากที่ระบุไว้ในใบอนุญาต หรือดัดแปลงต่อเติมอาคารสถานพยาบาลสัตว์ให้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิมหรือก่อสร้างอาคารขึ้นใหม่ เพื่อใช้ในกิจการสถานพยาบาลสัตว์ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้อนุญาต
