หมวด ๑๑ ความผิดและบทกำหนดโทษ

ถ้าตัวแทนกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือตามกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามมาตรา ๑๘ ให้ถือว่าตัวการมีความผิดด้วย เว้นแต่จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าตนได้ใช้ความระมัดระวังตามสมควรในการป้องกันการกระทำหรือการละเว้นการกระทำนั้น
