ส่วนที่ ๔ คณะกรรมการพัฒนาระบบราชการ

กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคราวละสี่ปี ผู้ซึ่งพ้นจากตำแหน่งแล้ว อาจได้รับแต่งตั้งอีกได้แต่ไม่เกินสองวาระติดต่อกัน ในกรณีที่กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ แต่ยังมิได้แต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิใหม่ ให้กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒินั้นปฏิบัติหน้าที่ไปก่อนจนกว่าจะได้แต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิใหม่
