หมวด ๕ ทะเบียนบ้าน

ถ้ามีบ้านอยู่หลายหลังในบริเวณเดียวกัน ให้กำหนดเลขประจำบ้านเพียงเลขเดียว แต่ถ้าเจ้าบ้านประสงค์จะกำหนดเลขประจำบ้านเพิ่มขึ้นอีกให้ยื่นขอต่อนายทะเบียนผู้รับแจ้ง บ้านที่ปลูกเป็นตึกแถว ห้องแถว หรืออาคารชุด ให้กำหนดเลขประจำบ้านทุกห้องหรือทุกห้องชุด โดยถือว่าห้องหรือห้องชุดหนึ่ง ๆ เป็นบ้านหลังหนึ่ง
