หมวด ๗ การมอบหมายให้แจ้งแทน

ผู้ใดมีหน้าที่ต้องแจ้งหรือปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ถ้าผู้นั้นได้มอบหมายให้บุคคลอื่นไปแจ้งหรือปฏิบัติแทนและผู้ได้รับมอบหมายได้แจ้งหรือปฏิบัติตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายแล้ว ให้ถือว่าผู้มีหน้าที่นั้นได้แจ้งหรือปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้แล้ว
