Section 11 พระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายครุฑพ่าห์ พ.ศ. 2534
(๑) สำนักพระราชวังเรียกคืน เพราะบุคคลหรือห้างร้านบริษัทที่ได้รับพระราชทานตราตั้ง (ก) ตาย (ข) เลิกประกอบกิจการประเภทที่ได้รับพระบรมราชานุญาตให้ใช้ตราตั้งนั้น (ค) โอนกิจการดังกล่าวให้ผู้อื่นดำเนินการ หรือ (๒) สำนักพระราชวังเห็นสมควรเพิกถอน ตามมาตรา ๑๑ ทวิ วรรคสอง
