หมวด ๕ เบ็ดเตล็ด

ในกรณีที่นายทะเบียนร้องขอต่อคณะกรรมการให้สั่งเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้า เครื่องหมายบริการ เครื่องหมายรับรอง หรือเครื่องหมายร่วมหรือให้สั่งเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนสัญญาอนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องหมายการค้าหรือเครื่องหมายบริการ ให้นายทะเบียนได้รับยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมที่จะต้องเสียตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
