ให้คณะกรรมการเครื่องหมายการค้าตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายการค้า พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๔ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่จนถึงวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปจนกว่าจะได้มีคณะกรรมการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ แต่ทั้งนี้ต้องไม่เกินหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
