(๑) พระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายการค้า พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๔ (๒) พระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายการค้า (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๔ บรรดาบทกฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับอื่นในส่วนที่มีบัญญัติไว้แล้วในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือซึ่งขัดหรือแย้งกับบทแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้แทน
