ส่วนที่ ๕ การอนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องหมายการค้า

ในกรณีที่สัญญาอนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องหมายการค้ามิได้กำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ผู้ได้รับอนุญาตจะโอนการอนุญาตตามสัญญาดังกล่าวให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกไม่ได้และจะอนุญาตช่วงให้บุคคลอื่นใช้เครื่องหมายการค้านั้นอีกทอดหนึ่งก็ไม่ได้
