บทบัญญัติในหมวดนี้ให้ใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมแก่เครื่องหมายบริการ เครื่องหมายรับรอง และเครื่องหมายร่วม ที่ขอจดทะเบียนระหว่างประเทศภายใต้พิธีสารมาดริด แล้วแต่กรณีด้วย
