หมวด ๑/๑ การจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้าภายใต้พิธีสารมาดริด

การจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้าภายใต้พิธีสารมาดริด ให้เป็นไปตามบทบัญญัติในหมวดนี้ และให้นำบทบัญญัติในหมวด ๑ เครื่องหมายการค้า เว้นแต่มาตรา ๑๐ มาตรา ๔๐ วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๕๙ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
