หมวด ๔ ความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่ง

เมื่อมีกรณีที่ผู้ขนส่งต้องรับผิดและผู้ขนส่งอื่นจะต้องรับผิดในกรณีเดียวกันนั้นด้วย ให้ผู้ขนส่งและผู้ขนส่งอื่นดังกล่าวเป็นลูกหนี้ร่วมกัน
