หมวด ๕ ข้อยกเว้นความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่ง

ถ้าของที่ขนส่งเป็นเงินตรา ธนาคารบัตร ตั๋วเงิน พันธบัตร ใบหุ้น ใบหุ้นกู้ ประทวนสินค้า อัญมณีหรือของมีค่าอย่างอื่น ผู้ขนส่งไม่ต้องรับผิดเพื่อการสูญหายหรือเสียหายแห่งของดังกล่าว เว้นแต่ผู้ส่งของจะได้แจ้งให้ผู้ขนส่งทราบถึงสภาพและราคาของนั้นในเวลาที่นำของมามอบให้ ในกรณีที่แจ้งราคาของไว้ ให้ผู้ขนส่งรับผิดเพียงไม่เกินราคาที่แจ้งไว้นั้น
