การจำหน่ายหนี้สูญจากบัญชีลูกหนี้ในส่วนที่ได้ปลดหนี้หรือประนอมหนี้ให้ลูกหนี้ตามแผนฟื้นฟูกิจการของลูกหนี้ที่ศาลได้มีคำสั่งเห็นชอบตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยล้มละลาย ให้กระทำได้โดยไม่ต้องดำเนินการตามหลักเกณฑ์ในข้อ ๔ ข้อ ๕ หรือข้อ ๖
