บรรดากฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติจัดสรรรายได้ประเภทภาษีการค้าให้แก่เทศบาล สุขาภิบาล และองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๕ ให้คงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปโดยอนุโลม ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะได้มีกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
