ทุก ๆ ปีให้สำนักงานจัดทำรายงานประจำปีเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการเพื่อเสนอรัฐมนตรี โดยแสดงงบดุล บัญชีทำการ และบัญชีกำไรขาดทุนที่ผู้สอบบัญชีรับรองว่าถูกต้อง พร้อมทั้งรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชี รวมทั้งแสดงผลงานของสำนักงานในปีที่ล่วงมาด้วย ให้รัฐมนตรีเสนอรายงานประจำปีตามวรรคหนึ่งต่อคณะรัฐมนตรี และให้คณะรัฐมนตรีเสนอรายงานนั้นต่อรัฐสภาเพื่อทราบ
