หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้ง

ให้บรรษัทเสนอต่อประชาชนและหรือบุคคลใด ๆ ตามที่บรรษัทจะกำหนด ให้เข้าชื่อซื้อหุ้นที่ระบุในมาตรา ๗ ตามเวลา วิธีการ และจำนวนที่บรรษัทกำหนด และให้บรรษัทจัดออกหุ้นเหล่านั้นได้
