หมวด ๑ การรักษาความสะอาดในที่สาธารณะและสถานสาธารณะ

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดตั้ง วาง หรือกองวัตถุใด ๆ บนถนน เว้นแต่เป็นการกระทำในบริเวณที่เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นหรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ประกาศกำหนดด้วยความเห็นชอบของเจ้าพนักงานจราจร
