หมวด ๓ การห้ามทิ้งสิ่งปฏิกูลมูลฝอยในที่สาธารณะและสถานสาธารณะ
(๑) บ้วนหรือถ่มน้ำลาย เสมหะ บ้วนน้ำหมาก สั่งน้ำมูก เทหรือทิ้งสิ่งใด ๆ ลงบนถนนหรือบนพื้นรถหรือพื้นเรือโดยสาร
(๒) ทิ้งสิ่งปฏิกูลหรือมูลฝอยในสถานสาธารณะนอกภาชนะหรือที่ที่ราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นได้จัดไว้
