หมวด ๔ การรักษาความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้โคมไฟ ป้าย ศาลาที่พัก ม้านั่ง ส้วม หรือสิ่งอื่นใด ที่ราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น ราชการส่วนอื่นหรือรัฐวิสาหกิจได้จัดทำไว้เพื่อสาธารณชนเกิดความเสียหายหรือใช้ประโยชน์ไม่ได้
