ในการเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ให้รัฐมนตรีแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้บริษัทหลักทรัพย์นั้นทราบและปิดประกาศไว้ในที่เปิดเผย ณ สำนักงานของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์นั้น กับทั้งให้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาและในหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันแห่งท้องถิ่นอย่างน้อยหนึ่งฉบับ
