ในกิจการที่เกี่ยวกับบุคคลภายนอก ผู้จัดการตลาดหลักทรัพย์เป็นผู้แทนของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และเพื่อการนี้ผู้จัดการตลาดหลักทรัพย์จะมอบหมายให้บุคคลใด ๆ ปฏิบัติกิจการบางอย่างแทนโดยไม่ขัดต่อระเบียบหรือข้อบังคับที่คณะกรรมการตลาดหลักทรัพย์กำหนดไว้ก็ได้ การมอบหมายตามวรรคหนึ่งให้ทำเป็นหนังสือ
