บุคคลตามมาตรา ๓๓/๒ ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามที่คณะกรรมการก.ล.ต. กำหนดตามมาตรา ๓๓/๒ให้มีหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบร่วมกันกับบริษัทที่ออกหลักทรัพย์ในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลต้องระวางโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นและในกรณีที่เป็นความผิดที่เปรียบเทียบได้ ให้เปรียบเทียบได้เช่นเดียวกัน
