บริษัทหลักทรัพย์หรือผู้ประกอบธุรกิจสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าผู้ใดให้บริการกับผู้กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๒๙๙/๑ หรือมาตรา ๒๙๙/๒โดยรู้หรือควรรู้ว่ามีการกำหนดมาตรการลงโทษตามบันทึกการยินยอมหรือโดยคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาลต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสามแสนบาท
