(๑) กรณีตามมาตรา ๓๑๗/๑ (๑) หรือ(๒)ให้ปรับเป็นเงินไม่เกินสองเท่าของผลประโยชน์ที่บุคคลนั้นได้รับไว้หรือพึงได้รับจากการกระทำความผิดนั้นแต่ต้องไม่ต่ำกว่าห้าแสนบาท ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถคำนวณผลประโยชน์ได้ให้ปรับตั้งแต่ห้าแสนบาทถึงสองล้านบาท (๒)กรณีตามมาตรา ๓๑๗/๑ (๓) หรือ (๔) ให้ปรับตั้งแต่ห้าหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งล้านบาท
