หมวด ๔ สิทธิทำการรังวัดที่ดิน และสัญญารับจ้างทำการรังวัดที่ดิน

เมื่อผู้มีกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดินประสงค์จะขอรังวัดที่ดินเพื่อการสอบเขต แบ่งแยก หรือรวมที่ดินหลายแปลงเข้าเป็นแปลงเดียวกัน โดยให้ช่างรังวัดเอกชนเป็นผู้ทำการรังวัดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ยื่นคำขอรังวัดที่ดินตามประมวลกฎหมายที่ดิน พร้อมทั้งระบุสำนักงานช่างรังวัดเอกชนที่จะให้ทำการรังวัด
