ในกรณีที่หนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ดินเป็นสวนป่า ใบสำคัญรับรองการจัดการป่าไม้อย่างยั่งยืน หรือหนังสือรับรองการแจ้ง สูญหาย ชำรุด หรือถูกทำลาย ให้ผู้ทำสวนป่ายื่นคำขอใบแทนหนังสือรับรองหรือใบสำคัญดังกล่าวต่อนายทะเบียน การขอและการออกใบแทนหนังสือรับรองหรือใบสำคัญตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่อธิบดีกำหนด
