Section 18 พระราชบัญญัติสวนป่า พ.ศ. 2535

ในกรณีที่ผู้ทำสวนป่าไม่ประสงค์จะทำสวนป่าต่อไป ให้แจ้งเป็นหนังสือพร้อมกับนำตราไปทำลายต่อหน้าพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ และให้ถือว่าหนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ดินเป็นสวนป่าของผู้ทำสวนป่าดังกล่าวสิ้นสุดลง
