บริษัทต้องบริหารสินทรัพย์ หนี้สิน ภาระผูกพัน และเงินสำรองตามมาตรา ๒๓ ให้มีความสัมพันธ์กับระยะเวลาในการรับชำระเบี้ยประกันภัย การกู้ยืมเงิน หรือการรับเงินจากผู้เอาประกันภัยหรือประชาชนตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด
