หมวด ๔/๑นักคณิตศาสตร์ประกันภัย
(๑) ไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๘๓/๖ หรือมาตรา ๘๓/๗ (๒) รับรองรายงานการคำนวณความรับผิดตามกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยโดยขาดความระมัดระวัง การสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้นายทะเบียนกำหนดเวลาตามที่เห็นสมควรแต่ไม่เกินครั้งละหนึ่งปี
