หมวด ๑ บริษัท

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดทำการเป็นผู้รับประกันภัยโดยทำสัญญาประกันภัยกับบุคคลใดๆ เว้นแต่จะเป็นผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจประกันวินาศภัย ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดใช้กรมธรรม์ประกันภัยของบริษัทซึ่งตนไม่มีสิทธิใช้ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
