(๒) ให้กรรมการผู้จัดการ บุคคลซึ่งมีอำนาจกระทำการแทนบริษัท ที่ปรึกษา และพนักงานของบริษัท ส่งมอบบัญชีและเอกสารหลักฐานต่างๆ ทั้งหมดของบริษัทให้แก่ผู้ชำระบัญชีภายในเจ็ดวัน
