หมวด ๕ กองทุนประกันวินาศภัย

ให้มีคณะกรรมการคณะหนึ่งเรียกว่า “คณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุน” ประกอบด้วยปลัดกระทรวงการคลังเป็นประธานกรรมการเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัยเป็นรองประธานกรรมการผู้แทนธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ผู้แทนสมาคมประกันวินาศภัยจำนวนสองคน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งรัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้งจำนวนไม่เกินสี่คนเป็นกรรมการ ให้ผู้จัดการเป็นเลขานุการ
